You can book and pay for the shuttle directly on our website using our booking portal.
If you encounter issues, please call or text us at 1-431-887-6884 for assistance. Note that responses may be delayed if the vehicle is in motion for safety reasons.
Yes, reservations are necessary and should be made at least 3 days ahead of the scheduled departure. We recommend booking as soon as your travel plans are finalized to secure your seat. Last minute bookings (with less than 12 hours notice) are subject to private rates and availability.
It’s best to book as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. We cannot predict which shuttles will fill up, so early booking ensures availability. Shuttle timings may change to meet passenger requirements in the last 24 hours.
Subject to our terms and conditions, we do not have restrictions on luggage allowances at this time. We do, however, need to know what you are bringing to ensure we have space to carry it.
Yes, you can travel with your assistance animal. Please inform us in advance and review our Terms and Conditions.
Yes, you can bring mobility assistance devices like canes, folding walkers, and folding wheelchairs at no extra charge. Notify us in advance to ensure we have adequate space.
Yes, we are open on holidays for PRIVATE bookings. We are closed on Christmas Day.
Yes, please inform us in advance if you require assistance, and our drivers are trained and will be ready to help.
The trip takes approximately one and a half hours. There are no washrooms on board the shuttle, but we can make restroom stops at the nearest gas stations upon request.
Our shuttle service has a no refund policy but we allow unlimited changes and can offer credit vouchers. Alternatively, you may purchase cancellation insurance at check-out and this will allow a full refund up to 24 hours prior to your trip. Within 24 hours, we offer the booking change and credit voucher option.
Currently, there is no fee for changing your reservation. We appreciate early notification of changes to accommodate your needs. You may change your reservation at our online self-management portal.
As we all know, we experience severe weather in Manitoba from time-to time. We will make every effort to maintain our schedule, however we will always prioritize safety and make decisions accordingly. Where we cannot operate due to weather, we will contact you to re-book your travel.
It is critical that you are ready to go at the advised time of departure. You will receive a confirmation call or email the night before your trip with the exact pick-up time based on your location.

Zone 1 pickups occur up to 25 minutes prior to the scheduled departure from Clearspring Mall.
Zone 2 pickups occur up to 25 minutes after the scheduled departure from Clearspring Mall.
Premium (door to door) in the Greater Steinbach area pickups occur up to 25 minutes prior to the scheduled departure from Clearspring Mall.
We do not provide drop-offs at residences in Winnipeg. We drop you off at either the Airport, Health Sciences Centre, St Boniface Hospital, and Polo Park Shopping Mall. Pickup information is located in the Zone Map.
For medical appointments we make stops at the Health Sciences Centre and St Boniface Hospital., The drop off at Polo Park is conveniently located next to Winnipeg Transit stops and offers a direct route to Grace Hospital. Please see our Transit Info relating to bus travel in Winnipeg.
Disabilities come in all forms: visible and invisible. We are happy to provide accommodations as required by any passenger on our shuttle. In order to serve each person’s individual needs, we ask you to contact us with your requirements.
By law, all children must have their own seat and wear a seatbelt. Should your child require a car seat or booster seat, you will need to supply this for your trip. We would be happy to store the car seat for the period that you are traveling if you choose not to fly with the child seat.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
