Effective Date: January 15, 2026

Purpose: This policy is intended to ensure that Southeast Shuttle’s two daily Budget Shuttle time slots remain cost-effective shared services, while providing clear options for passengers when minimum booking requirements are not met.

Budget Shuttle Eligibility & Single Rider Bookings

1. A single passenger booking alone does not qualify for the Budget Shuttle fare.
2. The Budget Shuttle fare is available only when a minimum of two (2) passengers are booked on the same scheduled Budget Shuttle time slot.  If only one passenger is booked for a Budget Shuttle time slot by the applicable cutoff time, then the booking will not proceed at the Budget Shuttle rate.
3. Budget Shuttle services operate at two designated times per day, as published on our booking platform.

Passenger Options When Minimum Is Not Met: If the minimum two-passenger requirement is not met, the single booked passenger will be offered the following options:

• Option A – Pay the Minimum Amount: Pay the minimum amount which is equal to the Southeast Shuttle Standard Fare, and be eligible for a refund should another passenger book the same scheduled service
• Option B – Upgrade to Private Shuttle: The passenger may upgrade to a Private Shuttle booking at the Southeast Shuttle Private Rate. The passenger may select a custom pickup time, subject to availability.
• Option C Rebook: The passenger may choose to:
  1.) Rebook onto another Budget Shuttle time slot where the minimum passenger requirement is met, or
  2.) Cancel the booking in accordance with Southeast Shuttle’s cancellation policy.

Notification & Timing: Southeast Shuttle will make reasonable efforts to notify the passenger prior to departure if the minimum booking requirement is not met. The determination of whether the minimum has been met will be made based on bookings confirmed at the cutoff time set by Southeast Shuttle.

No Guaranteed Conversion

A Budget Shuttle booking does not guarantee conversion to a private service at the budget price.  Private Shuttle pricing applies in all cases where the minimum shared-ride requirement is not satisfied.

Fair Use & Operational Discretion

Southeast Shuttle reserves the right to:

• Combine bookings where operationally feasible,
• Adjust scheduling to optimize shared rides,
• Decline budget pricing where minimum requirements are not met.
